It's important to note that you cannot return a wig that has been worn, cut, styled, or has any odor. For hygiene reasons, many companies specify that you should use a wig cap when trying on a wig to be eligible for a refund. This ensures that the wig remains in a pristine condition, making it suitable for resale and safe for future customers.
